This quote is saying that whatever we do can make a big impact in our lives everyday. It’[s saying that the choices we make, wrong or right it makes something or someone change. It could be something small or big but it will stiff make a difference in our lifes and other people as well. We may think that the stuff we do may not make something change but in reality it does. For example if you say something that another person might think it's important then you made a difference in their life. To you it may seem like you did nothing but to someone else it might have been something really important. Everything you do or say makes a difference even if it's a bad thing. I when you do something bad it hurts people or yourself so you change how that person feels and thinks. Everything you do counts as making a difference because everything can change from one day to another. People may not know when something is going to change but they do know how will it change and how much of a difference it will make.

Ophthalmologist

Duties and Responsibilities: these doctors treat the illnesses, diseases, and conditions that affect the eye. They perform eye surgery and treat eye diseases. They also examine eyes and prescribe contact lenses or glasses.

Education: They are required to earn a medical degree. Ophthalmologist have to earn a 4 year bachelor's degree, complete four years of medical school. They have to complete 3-8 years of internships and residencies. Undergraduate programs include pre-med, biology, and chemistry.

Demand for this profession: the population of these doctors is predicted to grow because vision problems tend to occur frequently later in life.

Maybe i would because some do surgery and i want to be a surgeon, and these doctors do surgery for eyes.

This quote is stating that if you can create and picture how your future will be it will turn out to be that way. If you do everything you have to do the right way you future will be the way you want it to be. You just have to strive to be to best and be the best person you can be. If you think you future will be good and successful then you have to make it be that way. If you just say it but don’t do nothing to make it the way you want it won’t do it itself. If you say it’ll be bad and you don’t think you will be successful then that’s how your future will be, you just have to do everything at the best of your ability and try to do everything as best you can. For example if you say you want to become a doctor in the future but you don't study for it or do anything for it then you won’t become one. You have to work for it and do what you have to do in order to become what you want. If you do what’s right and you put effort into it then it will happen when you want it to. You have to work for what you want because no one else will do it for you and you won’t be successful or see your future like you want it to be.

I would like to be one because it has to do with surgery but i would like to do more than just working with tools.

This quote is saying that you should think about what you are going to do first then you go ahead and do it. If you don't think about what you are going to do whether it's right or wrong you shouldn’t do it because you don't know how it will turn out. You should know what to do before you actually do it that way you know how it's going to function. For example if you want to look for a job but you don’t know what do have or do when your going to interviews or filling out applications, you're not going to get what you want. You have to know and be prepared for what you are going to do. If something you want to do is bad you shouldn’t do it even if you have to. If you do it your actions wouldn’t turn out good and you will have to suffer consequences. If you want to do something good you should do it and do it the right way. People like to do stuff without thinking about what is going to happen. If you want something to turn out good then find a way to do it the right way.

“Act well your part; there all honor lies.”

This quote is saying that you should you what want at the best of your ability. If someone tells you to do something like a favor or something that's good you should do it and do it in a way that they will see that you are capable of doing many things. You should always put your all in something that is meaningful or just something good in general. Some people may tell you to do stuff to make you look bad or to show others that you are a bad person. They may talk you into being someone bad, but you should not listen. You should be yourself and listen to yourself and not to what others have to say. When you are in charge of doing something do it right and do it with positivity and show that you want to help others. If people want to bring you down and say negative things about you show them that you are better than that and that you want to be someone in life. Do stuff to the best of your ability and do it to show others that you are important and that you aren’t willing to bring others down. Don’t listen to the negative stuff people say about you or someone that is important to you, focus on being successful and caring for what you have and want.

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities: It is a specialized area of medical and health services management. They work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs. They oversee staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care,medical supplies etc,. They need to be able to absorb and interpret large amounts of information and have good communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's or graduate degree in health services administration. More advanced positions may require an additional two year master degree in these related fields. Most states also require that nursing home administrators pass licensing exams.

Demand for this Profession: As the population of aging grows and people remain active later in life the healthcare industry as a whole, will see an increase in the demand for medical services.

I think i would like to be one of these because i would like to work with elder people and take care or supervise them.
