This quote is saying that what you work hard for at the end it will all be worth it. If you work hard for what you do or what you want it will all be worth it at the end because the work you did has a meaning to it. If you want something in return of what you do then you have to put effort in it. Otherwise it won’t turn out the way you want because you didn’t try. Someone who wants to work hard is going to do the work it requires. If you don’t want to work hard but you want something in return then it’s not going to go that way. In order for something to go back to you you have to work for it. For example if you want your parents to buy you a phone, you have to work for it. You have to obey what they say and respect them. If you don’t do that then you shouldn’t expect something in return. Everything has to be worked for, even if you don't want to you have to, you aren’t going to get something good in return if you don’t do anything for it.

“True independence and freedom can only exist in doing what’s right”

This quote is saying that the freedom and independence you have is based on you doing what is right. If you do something right on your own then that’s having freedom because you know what you are doing and what is right and what is wrong. If you believe that you can be independent and you deserve freedom then you should know you limits. For example, if you are already old enough to go out with your  friends, and you just leave the house without having to tell your parents that you're going out you should still tell you parents. You have to know what is right and you won’t have to worry about them being worried about where you are or who you are with. You also have to be in charge of what you are going to be doing or who you are going to be with. If you don’t know if what you're going to do is going to turn out well then you should just leave it for another day. Even though you have freedom and you are all on your own you should still be watching what you are doing because you never know what could happen or where you will end up. If you do what is right and choosing the right choices then you are responsible for your own self.

This quote is saying that only if you are a good person you are a great person. If you are a good person the other people must like you because of the way you are. People like to see nice people and like to see others respected just like how they want to be respected. If you want to be a great person then you have to earn to be a good person otherwise you will think you are a great person but maybe you’re really not. Those who are willing to help and be kind to other people are good people. Those are considered good people because they want to see everyone be happy and be kind to others. If you are one of those then you are doing good, you’re treating others like how you want to be treated. For example if you say  you are going to go to the market for your mom to get what she needs for she won't have to go but later you decide not to go because you didn’t feel like it, that’s not being a good person. In order to feel like you did something right you have to do what was going to be right. Just because you said it doesn't mean you are a good person.

Duties and Responsibilities: They measure clients bridge and eye size, temple length, vertex distance, pupillary distance, and optical centers of eyes. They verify that finished lenses are ground to specifications. They also assist clients in selecting frames according to style and color and ensure that frames are coordinated. They are responsible for repairing damaged frames. Also, they have to show customer how to insert and remove their contact lenses.

Education: They have to have an associates or bachelors degree in opticianry. Opticianry courses educate these workers in anatomy and physiology of the human eye. They also need to be licensed by state.

Demand for this profession: Aging population and increasing rates of chronic disease are expected to lead to greater demand of corrective eye wear.

Reflection: i wouldn’t like to be one because i'm not interested in working with vision.

This quote is saying that if you do something bad and you think it won’t affect you, it actually will because the guilt will always follow you. Anything you say or do bad it’s always going to be in your head and you won’t forget about it until you do something to get it out. Guilt is something people deal with when they do something bad because they know they did something wrong. Whether it’s something small that you did wrong it still counts because you still did it intentionally. For example if your taking a test and you decide to cheat and get a perfect score on it, you know you did something wrong but got something good out of it. What matters is that you didn’t do it in a way that was fair. You did it in a way that you wanted to get a perfect score because you didn’t want to look dumb. It’s better to get a bad score and do it the right way than to get a good score and do it the wrong way. Whatever you do bad it’s not worth doing it because it will end up hurting you and turning out bad for you to. It’s better to do stuff the good way and feel good than to do stuff the bad way and feel guilt.

This quote is saying that no matter what you have to do or how hard it will be to do, you should never cheat. What matters is getting it done the right way without having to do some sort of cheating. In that case if you are willing to cheat, you shouldn’t do it you should just leave what you’re going to do for someone else or some other time. It's better to do it the right way than doing something you will regret later. For example if you are taking a text but you don’t know the answer to it so you decide to look at your neighbor's paper, you should just guess or skip it instead of getting in trouble or having guilt. Everything should be done the right way whether it's going to be hard or easy. If you can’t get it done yourself you can just ask for help or ask someone else to do it for you but you let that person take the credit. Otherwise if you say you did all the work everyone will come against you. You shouldn’t let something or someone convince you to do something bad because you will end up looking like the bad one when other people know. You should always be honest with what you do or say.

This quote by Dale Murphy is saying that the person who describes you or what represents you is what matters most. It’s what matters most because it's what people look at and what they look at to see what kind of person you are. If you are someone who is generous, kind, loving etc., that is what people will look at and see what kind of person you are. Whether  you’re mean or nice, people have to see if you either of those in order to see how you really are. Your type of character describes how you will be in the future and how it will help you succeed. It helps you in many thing like getting a job, meeting new people, and other stuff. For example, if there's a new kid at school and someone is trying to talk to him but that person is mean and always greedy the new kid wouldn’t like him because he doesn’t want someone mean to influence him. The kid would want someone that is friendly and is willing to talk to him or her. Otherwise if the kid if not friendly he will think that maybe others are mean to and no one will like to talk to him. It is always best to be yourself and be the person you know you are because without knowing who you are, nobody else will know and see what kind of person you are.

This quote is saying that what you see on the outside of yourself doesn’t represent who you are but what you have inside you does. Your heart is what represents you and tell you and other people who you really are. It tells you how much of a good person you are or how much of a bad person you are. If you think your appearances make you who you are it's not much of that ,it's more of what you're capable of doing and how generous you with those around you. If you are someone who is pretty and likes to dress up all nice that doesn’t tell people who you are or how you it tells people how you look and how you see yourself. You have to show people how you are by doing kind things or just being yourself. Telling people how you are doesn’t mean you are telling the truth. You could say you’re the nicest person in the world but in reality you probably aren’t you just want to look good. Some people may lie about how they are just so they could be able to get along with others. You shouldn’t hide how you are just to impress someone else, you should always be yourself and show people how you really are and they may end up liking you, whether you're bad or good.

It could be something small or big but it will stiff make a difference in our lifes and other people as well. We may think that the stuff we do may not make something change but in reality it does. For example if you say something that another person might think it's important then you made a difference in their life. To you it may seem like you did nothing but to someone else it might have been something really important. Everything you do or say makes a difference even if it's a bad thing. I when you do something bad it hurts people or yourself so you change how that person feels and thinks. Everything you do counts as making a difference because everything can change from one day to another. This quote is stating that if you can create and picture how your future will be it will turn out to be that way. If you do everything you have to do the right way you future will be the way you want it to be. You just have to strive to be to best and be the best person you can be. If you think you future will be good and successful then you have to make it be that way. If you just say it but don’t do nothing to make it the way you want it won’t do it itself. If you say it’ll be bad and you don’t think you will be successful then that’s how your future will be, you just have to do everything at the best of your ability and try to do everything as best you can. For example if you say you want to become a doctor in the future but you don't study for it or do anything for it then you won’t become one. You have to work for it and do what you have to do in order to become what you want. If you do what’s right and you put effort into it then it will happen when you want it to. You have to work for what you want because no one else will do it for you and you won’t be successful or see your future like you want it to be.

For example if you want to look for a job but you don’t know what do have or do when your going to interviews or filling out applications, you're not going to get what you want. You have to know and be prepared for what you are going to do. If something you want to do is bad you shouldn’t do it even if you have to. If you do it your actions wouldn’t turn out good and you will have to suffer consequences. If you want to do something good you should do it and do it the right way. People like to do stuff without thinking about what is going to happen. If you want something to turn out good then find a way to do it the right way.

This quote is saying that you should you what want at the best of your ability. If someone tells you to do something like a favor or something that's good you should do it and do it in a way that they will see that you are capable of doing many things. You should always put your all in something that is meaningful or just something good in general. Some people may tell you to do stuff to make you look bad or to show others that you are a bad person. They may talk you into being someone bad, but you should not listen. You should be yourself and listen to yourself and not to what others have to say. When you are in charge of doing something do it right and do it with positivity and show that you want to help others. If people want to bring you down and say negative things about you show them that you are better than that and that you want to be someone in life. Do stuff to the best of your ability and do it to show others that you are important and that you aren’t willing to bring others down. Don’t listen to the negative stuff people say about you or someone that is important to you, focus on being successful and caring for what you have and want.
