This quote is saying that when you lead your goals to a finish you have succeeded. When you do your goals the right way other stuff fall together and make stuff easier for you to accomplish. When you are trying to accomplish your goals you have to find the right way to accomplish them. Otherwise if you don’t find a way you won’t know what to do and you won’t have anything planned. For example if your goal is to score a good grade on your math test, then you have to find a way to get that done. In order to succeed in that math test you have to study for it and then you will succeed. If you don’t put effort in accomplishing your goals your goals won’t be accomplished. You have to do something in order for that to get done. If you don’t know how or you don’t want to get it done no else or nothing will do it for you. Do succeed in life you have to work for success and never give up.

They also manage students behavior in classrooms by establishing rules and procedures.

Education: You need a bachelor's degree, you also need to engage in student teaching, in order to be a teacher you need to be licensed or certified, and continue with higher education.

These tips are telling us or preparing to become successful. He did these tips to help us lead to success. These tips are saying to just put all you effort into what you like doing that way you can succeed in doing what you like. Otherwise if you don’t try hard or work hard for what you like doing you won't succeed in doing that. It also saying to be generous and thoughtful to others because when you are good to others good things come back to you when you least expect it. For example if you are studying to be a doctor because that is what you like to do you should put all your time and effort in doing all assignments and studying for test that way you can accomplish and do good in what you are doing. If you don’t try or you don’t put the time in what you like it isn’t going to do it by itself. You have to work for it and make it possible for you to succeed. You can be anything you want in life but you have to work for it. Even at the hardest times you shouldn’t give up you just keep going and motivate yourself to do what you like.

This quote is saying that your values are what matter most. They matter the most because your values make you the person that you are. What you value is what makes you make the right choices. For example if you are deciding to go to the movies or to study for a test, but you have to choose the right choice then that is where you have to see what is more valuable. Your mind is telling you to go to the movies but your values are telling you to study for the test.

This quote is saying that when you are in a situation where you have to decide about something you should always make the right decision. Whether you have to choose something you don’t like or you do it is always best to choose the right one. If you choose something that is not right it will turn out bad for you. For example if you are doing a class project and you have to do it with a group of people, but the people you want to work with always goof around you have to choose the right decision and work with people you know will help you. When you make a decision you have to make sure it will benefit you and you will know you do something right. If you choose your group of friends then maybe they won’t help you or they are always talking. When you make decisions make sure they don’t bring consequences or make you look bad. Also make sure that if you work with other people that everyone has to do something and put effort into it.

This quote is saying that when you do something wrong nothing good or bad will come back to you. When you do bad stuff only you suffer the consequences because of what you did. The only thing you’ll gain is people drifting away from you because of the things you are doing. For example, if you go out with your friends and your parents tell you to get back at a certain time but you decide to stay with your friends then you are gaining anything. The only thing you are going to gain is your parents not trusting you. When you know you have to do something then you have to do it otherwise if you don’t obey then you’ll suffer the consequences. Some people don’t care what they do so they decide to always do bad stuff because nothing is going to happen to them. At the end something bad will come to you because of all the bad stuff you did. You always have to do what is right that way good things come back to you. Something is gained when you do what’s right but not when it’s wrong.

This quote is saying that when someone is in a position where they are being how they are at it’s best it’s a good moment because others get to see how they are. When others get to see how you really are then they get to know you better. For example, if you meet someone but they look like they are mean so you decide not to talk to them, you're being ignorant and just saying to yourself that there mean. You have to talk to the person first in order to see how they really are. Some people know when to act good at the right time but others don’t care or don’t know when to act in good character so they act normal or in way that they don’t care. When someone is in there best character you could see it and you know when someone is. Sometimes it’s hard for people to be in good character bu for some it’s really easy. It just depends on how you are and how you interact with others.
